Westmoreland.

Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission
The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission is the Pennsylvania state equivalent of the federal EEOC.
As a designated Fair Employment Practices Agency (FEPA),
the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission may coordinate operations with the EEOC
under a work-share agreement. Furthermore, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission
investigates state claims that are not covered by federal law or exceed the basic protections of federal law.
Individuals filing a charge of discrimination with the
EEOC should also file a copy of the charge with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. File in the regional
office where the harm happened.
