The El Paso Area EEOC Office is open Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m and Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Members of the public are usually seen on a first come first serve basis.
The El Paso Area EEOC Office has jurisdiction over Dona Ana, Eddy, Grant, Hidalgo, Lea, Luna, Otero, and Sierra counties. This is the same jurisdiction as the Dallas District EEOC Office.

The Dallas District Office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is open on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. You can visit the office during the hours noted above.

The New Mexico Human Rights Division is the New Mexico state equivalent of the federal EEOC. As a designated Fair Employment Practices Agency (FEPA), the New Mexico Human Rights Division may coordinate operations with the EEOC under a work-share agreement. Furthermore, the New Mexico Human Rights Division investigates state claims that are not covered by federal law or exceed the basic protections of federal law. Individuals filing a charge of discrimination with the EEOC should also file a copy of the charge with the New Mexico Human Rights Division on Civil Rights.
