Open Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Intake hours are 8:00am – 3:00. Due to long wait times, please schedule an appointment if you are traveling more than 50 miles to the office.
The Birmingham District EEOC Office has jurisdiction over Mississippi.
