Individuals wishing to file charges of discrimination may schedule interviews between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Monday through Friday by calling the telephone number listed above. (While walk-ins are accepted, scheduling an interview is strongly recommended and individuals with appointments will be given priority.)
If you have a disability which prevents you from being interviewed in person, you require an interpreter or live outside the Chicago commuting area, a telephone interview can be arranged.
