The Richmond Local Office is open for charge receipts Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:30 to noon. You must arrive two hours before closing to assure same day service.
File a Charge of Discrimination with the EEOC

State Fair Employment Practices Agency

If you experienced employment discrimination in Virginia, you should file a charge of discrimination with (1) the EEOC, (2) the Virginia Council on Human Rights, and (3) the agency for the city/county in which the discrimination occurred (some cities/counties do not have anti-discrimination agencies).
